I am writing to recommend Miriam Davidson. I met her over 4 years ago at the Southeastern Unitarian Universalist Summer Institute (SUUSI) and am extremely impressed with her musical abilities, pleasant nature, and ability to bring out the best in choirs. Her performances are inspirational and touch my heart. I have seen her dedication to SUUSI as the volunteer night life coordinator and am impressed at her hard work ethic and ability to bring people together to get tasks completed.

She is currently our choir director and she has brought us from being an adequate group of singers to sounding extraordinary.

"I have worked with Miriam to prepare many worship services. She has excellent communications skills and that is the key to working with people. She never takes herself too seriously, but is perfectly serious about quality of music and performance. She gets more out of people than they imagine, which is the ultimate test of a director. She cares passionately that music be appropriate, challenging, widely accepted, and beautiful.
